hello everyone.

I am american looking for good laptop max price $1500. my preferences lie in these areas: 15" or less; 1080p screen; good I/O (2 or 3 USB and HDMI); start up fast, responsive.

I would like laptop to be able to at least run games decently at medium specifications. I will not play games on it often so overheating is not a concern for me, nor is battery life. I will use mouse, trackpad quality is not required.

Rainbow keyboard is preferred but I have found few with capability, so is not required.

I chose 15" or less because I need laptop to be portable. I have backpack it must fit. If it is 15" screen but 17" in other direction I will not be pleased.

If you have tools that would aid me in research or a starter guide in researching laptops with specific specifications I will be pleased.

I hope this is enough information to aid anyone who is by. If the specifications I request are unreasonable let me know. It is result of quick research. Thank you.
