Computer not booting at all ?

Hello so I just got this dell desktop and when I turn it on all it does is beep and no display or anything at all. When I take the ram out same thing I tried reseeding the ram a few of times and still no avail :(. So I thought you guys can help me. Please in anyway. I don`t think its the power supply cause I tried a few of them and the same thing happens. I don`t think its the ram again I tried different ones so yeah.

its an error code reading.  You gotta look up that system and try and figure out what the sound means.  That would tell you your issue

It is an issue with the bios. Try replacing the cmos battery and flashing the bios

Currently majoring in computer networking. That's about it yeah. Not much goes on in my life.
