Thermaltake riing 12 fans

Hey, so i was gonna get 3 thermaltake riing 12 rbg fans, but my motherboard only has 2 fan headers and the cpu fan header, im using the h440 case which comes with a fan controller and 2 of the fans will be on the 240mm rad for the cpu. if i buy 3 fans will there be a configuration that i can access the rgb on all 3. Like will the rgb work through the h440 controller, and how does it work if i have 2 on the rad, first time building a pc, help would be appreciated, thanks.
