Gray java window

So i finally done with my ryzen build, and trying to install java but all i see is gray window, with no title.
So i googled, and followed this article Blank or Gray Java Control Panel

And here i did turn it off so i think. Any ideas what may help?

Just tried in safe mode. Same result.
Tried http://www.lifan.info/java-setup-window-blank-fix-windows/ Same result.
