Screen/frame tearing and low for on gaming laptop

Having problems running games. I get really inconsistent frame rates and they have been lower than usual. I tried ddu and reinstall drivers which didn't work. I then contacted Asus support and they recommended me to ddu and reinstall though their own software they provided. I did this and it worked for a day but it has stopped working again and Asus's website is being retarded and not accepting my claim number/email I need help. Running 3gb gtx 1060 12gb of ram i7700hq Asus laptop

No information on the hardware you using whatsoever and that forum name wont get you help here i guess.
