1) You say that it is not a cable error? I presume that means you've tried a different cable, yes?

2) Have you tried hooking it up to a different output (PC, cable box, etc)

3) Have you tried another input (HDMI 2, HDMI 2, A/V)?

 

Just trying to 100% nail it down as a TV issue that has nothing to do with the outputs or inputs you use.

Have tried an xfinity box, same issue. DvD player as well. I have tried other imputs. Any ideas?
