Kinda new here but I shoot and edit video for people who want recordings of their live events. I really don't know how to format but I'm just going to jump in. My desktop has about 4 10tb drives full of past footage and projects, I'm looking for a little nas like thing I can stick on my desk and have space to add more drives as well as have a raid 1+0 solution. Im not currently aware of an itx case that has the drive capacity that I need (about 5-10 3.5 drives) and or the form factor. I also want an ssd cache so I can edit straight from the Nas and not throw my monitor against the wall in frustration... I was looking at some of the buffalo Nas units but they were old and unreliable. I hope somebody has  some input on this as I don't have much free time to do research let alone write this post.

if you need it to "just work", i'd suggest something along this line:

https://www.synology.com/nl-nl/products/DS1817

and stuff it with 8 or 10TB drives.

synology is our goto at work when a client "just needs to store data" becuase at least for us they've proven to be reliable, and are pretty good at scaling as well. also, the "+" version of before mentioned NAS supports M.2 SSD drives as cache if you want to go all out.

QNAP is also a good alternative, that usually offers similar products for a bit cheaper.

They are both very comparable, and are great brands (We use both at work).

Maybe something available in us, unless they got it on amazon or cheap international shipping

Synology is one of the largest "NAS" manufacturers in the world. I can guarantee that model is available just about everywhere, and most definitely in the US.

Amazon:

2GB RAM https://www.amazon.com/Synology-DiskStation-DS1817-2GB-Diskless/dp/B06Y4N5PCX/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1516976026&sr=8-2&keywords=ds1817

8GB RAM https://www.amazon.com/Synology-DiskStation-DS1817-8GB-Diskless/dp/B06Y4TJL54/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1516976026&sr=8-1&keywords=ds1817

NewEgg:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=ds1817&ignorear=0&N=-1&isNodeId=1

You're looking around $850 for the base 2GB model - with no HDD's.

Or $2500 for the high end model w/ 16GB RAM and 32TB (8x 4TB) HDD space.

Note, it might be cheaper to buy the diskless versions and buy your own HDD's - you'll have to do the math and compare.

Anyway, no offense, but once he gave you the model number, it should have taken you literally a few moments to find it at any of your preferred online retailers (Including Amazon, that you mentioned).
