Are these capacitors dead?

Yeah, pretty dead. They need to be replaced if you want the card to function again.

I'm trying to fix a dead nVidia 7600GS and as I was taking it apart, I noticed this

Am I good to bake it or are the caps dead? Card doesn't display signal.

yes.

IMO it won't be worth replacing them for that card.

thx guys. Now damn I wanted to use this card as I wait for my card to come back from RMA. I may know 1 person who could solder in new ones but still thinking if it's worth it. It would probably end up in the other machine - I would do this only if it's still supported by drivers (flash player etc.)
