ReFS 2TB Drive is not being recognized on other systems?

I have an ReFS-formatted Seagate BUP Slim 2TB Drive and it has 1.67 TB data used. It works perfectly on my PC as it was originally formatted their only an not on any other system (Tried three diff. computers with different windows builds).
The errors I get are attached herewith. I wonder what could be the probable problem as i've even tried enabling ReFS in the Registry Editor. These three tested systems are devoid of any malware so no chance of data corruption (The other reason being that my drive works fine everytime when i put it back into my own system. I've never encountered this brutal problem in NTFS before so pls help me out.
I hit an "Ars" article up and I still wasn't able to establish the link b/w it and the fault: https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2017/08/microsoft-to-remove-full-refs-support-from-windows-10-pro-push-workstation-sku/

What version of Windows is each of these systems? For instance, if the computer it works on is Windows 10 1709 or newer, you may have created a config that is incompatible with past versions of Windows (Link)
