Hello

My motherboard is asus prime b350m-a and my cpu is ryzen 5 1600

i want oc my ryzen to 3.6 or 3.7

i already have idea about voltage 1.3 and  1.23

but offset mode + or - and what is offset mode did 0.2 is like 1.3

what is Calculations ??

now my cpu is auto i didnt oc cpu yet and voltage sometimes 1.394 or 1.385 or less ( didnt above than 1.394 )

 this auto without OC

now want oc with offset mode look this video i didnt understand offset mode ( there no manual )

 what is Calculations ??

I do not know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone

'Auto voltage (determined by mobo)' + 'offset value' = 'Applied voltage to the CPU'.

That's what offset mode does.

cannot answer unless you tell me the actual value (number) of volts to the CPU

Thx this pic by bios auto run 1.387

and i watching core voltage not above than 1.384

and 3 cpu program

can zoom

socket cooling came with ryzen oc at 3.6 with this voltage is fine ?

In HWmonitor, vcore  under motherboard data is what to look for.

This voltage is enough for CPU to get 3.8, maybe more. Just make sure it never climbs above 1.4V

its moment sometimes in cpu Z 1.406 and moving not stable voltage number

i saw temp and test Heaven Benchmark x3 and tomb raider the temp max 55

Vcore  in HWmonitor sometimes also between 1.373 and  1.406 ( max 1.406 )

I do not know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone

voltage didnt above got max 1.417

i think i will back to normal without oc

i will try know what offset mode can stable with ryzen

thank you

Hello again

now i have idea how offset mode works

i made video in youtube using asus burner make cpu 99% usgae

i got max temp 65 no above

max voltage 1.319 while testing cpu bruner

min 1.134

 value 1.286 around

oc`d at 3,7

please mute video ( recorded before 1 hour )

did need more lower voltage or increase ?

I do not know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone
