Newbie to the PC building community here!

Hello all! I've been looking to build a gaming PC to replace my unwanted consoles!(The dream of any console owner) However for those who are inexperienced and unfamiliar with the field (me included) it can be very intimidating! You can ask for builds and budgets all you want but if you don't know what you are really doing and what individual pieces and parts may do it can turn you away from the field. I was referred to LTT as a source to learn the basics but I am wondering if anyone could link me some really useful videos that can explain the basics of building a computer and what each part is generally used for. Thanks all!

If you search through Linus's channel just watch some build guides. They're long and quite in depth. Honestly though, building a computer is extremely easy. If you can put together a Lego set, or have ever build Ikea furniture, it's a piece of cake.
