When it comes to cooling and performance, my best experiences have always been with MSI and Gigabyte. Best coolers and high clock speeds.

Probably Gigabyte then.  Asus is good but they are priced on the high side.

i bought a motherboard from Gigabyte and I have a few issues with it but all the team of gigabyte either won't pick call or redirect me to another call which there was no way to even reply! I have worst experience with gigabyte and Toshiba

Honestly the difference between all the brands are pretty minimal. As long as you don't pick a small itx version, single slot or stock card and you won't have any issues.

Just order on price and pick the cheapest good looking card from Asus, Gigabyte, EVGA, Zotac, MSI or galax.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.
