Computer not posting

I built my desktop a week after Christmas and it still isnt posting to my monitor. I have the easy debug LEDs and it saying that my cpu isnt detected or it is defective. Ive reset CMOS, got a new cord that connects into the mobo, and even replaced the cput itself. Is it really the mobo? Im desperate, if needed I can record my putting everything related to the problem in. Any help is welcomed. Pc specs: gtx 1060, r5 1600, msi b350 tomahawk, rm750x, and corsair vengance 16gb 3000mhz

It says no input to my monitor and it has the easy led debug say that the cpu isnt detected

Your MB is under warranty , I would contact support at MSI
