I need help upgrading my PC!

So I’m upgrading my processor from a AMD Fx 6300 to AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and I’m not sure if I should get more ram. Pubg has been lagging for me and I was wondering if I should go from 8gb ram to 16gb ram. If I should go to 16gb ram what sticks would work well with AMD Ryzen 5 1600?
