Overwatch is more processor heavy than GPU heavy. What cpu do you have? That may be about all you can render. Or you haven't set anything higher in nvidia control pannel.

Disable "HPET" or "high performance event timer" in your bios and in Windows (I don't think ASUS has an option in the BIOS for some stupid reason though so you may be stuck with the Windows only disabling which has been flaky for me). Disable "fullscreen optimizations" and all of the Xbox Game DVR stuff. And be sure to have XMP profile enabled since OW loves high speed RAM.

EDIT: And put Overwatch on your SSD if you haven't already.

Change the FPS limit from Display-based to Custom, and set it to 300+.

whats the refresh rate of your monitor? nvidia control panel sometimes restrains the fps to the refresh rate of the monitor so it can run cooler.

144hz.. my friend has 60hz and he gets the same fps with a worse PC

2400Mhz might honestly be a bit too slow for 200fps+, you may need to overclock it. It's a very frustrating bottleneck that I've witnessed in the game.

The ram? Can you overclock ram?

then go into the nvidia control panel.

Under manage 3D settings > turn power management mode to prefer maximum performance and set vertical sync to "Use the 3d application setting"
