Looking for a nice 4K display which supports the holy trinity

Im looking for a 4K monitor which supports the holy trinity. So what do i mean? It has to support HDCP 2.2 must be G-SYNC and an IPS panel with nice viewing angles. Furthermore it should be 24-28 Inch and support a wide color space . Would be nice if someone knows a nice display that fits my requirements (if it exists) thanks in advance.

Looks like the display i want does not exist yet .... i thought could be hard to find one or will be expensive as fuck (will be most likely). But i really dont know why this combination does not exist you can find IPS panels with either G-Sync and no HDCP 2.2 or HDCP 2.2 and no G-Sync in 4K displays.
