VGA Diagnostics Light On

My board is a Gigabute AX370 Gaming K3, GPU is an MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X. I turn on the PC but nothing shows up on the screen and my peripherals are not on, however the fans are spinning and the LEDs in my system are on.

What do I do?

I think I figured it out, or at least got it working now. I just moved around the connectors a little bit and then it seemed to turn on. Maybe I need some sort of GPU support? I think it's weight is making it lose connection.

Don't get me wrong, but is it installed properly? If it is, but slides out due to weight, as you said, what about pushing it in and supporting the weight with something to ensure proper contact?

I mean it wasn't loose by any stretch. I just wiggled the card around a little bit and it started working again. I'm kind of surprised considering this board has steel reinforced PCI-E slots.
