Is this the same as the Core V1?

By the looks of it, it's a slightly larger version of it that supports Micro-ATX motherboards.

Might have upgraded compatibility with it being larger but I'd probably look at the specifications just to be sure.

I am looking on eBay and Amazon. My budget for a case is about $70. I need a small case to bring my PC back and forth with me, because I travel.

Of the cases mentioned so far, the Define Mini C has the smallest footprint even when including the itx Core V1 at 83790mm³ vs. 87216mm³. It's an excellent case with modern features and extremely easy to work with. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/X44NnQ/fractal-design-define-mini-c-with-window-microatx-mid-tower-case-fd-ca-def-mini-c-bk-w

The Core V21 on the other hand has the largest footprint of the cases mentioned so far at 142464mm³.

If you want a handle, the MasterCase Pro3 is a bit larger than the Define Mini C and has a footprint of 109722mm³. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/bwgPxr/cooler-master-mastercase-pro-3-microatx-mini-tower-case-mcy-c3p1-kwnn
