The 8350 is also higher binned and is likely to overclock more easily. That's about it.

They are the exact same chip. 8350's are more highly binned, and clocked higher out of the box. That doesnt mean an 8320 wont OC well, it just means an 8350 would likely OC better. Unless when they factory OC it, it gets rid of the OC headroom...

8320 is great deal, slap cooler on it, OC it and you have 8350 - ~ 200mhz

Definitely go with the AMD FX-8320. The 8350 isn't a justifiable option for the cost difference compared the the marginal performance increase.
