Got a question, idk what to do, basically my friend has a laptop and a few keys stopped working ( Z, X, C, V and space/Lalt/Lctrl and .,- and num keys 2 and 5), he got a new KB for it but they still don't work, the motherboard connector for the keyboard looks fine so idk what else to check. Any ideas?

Hp 15-n266sm, the thing is that he tried a new keyboard and it does that too, it doesn't seem like anything on the connector is wrong, nor under they keyboard.
