Hey guys.

So for the last week or so i've been having this weird stuttering within CS:GO(only CS:GO, other games i've tried have been fine) my FPS is 300+(even limited to 75 with freesync on, the stutter is still there) and neither CPU or GPU are hitting 100% load. RAM isn't an issue as i have 16gb's, and only about 3-4 total is being used.

Internet shouldn't be the issue either, when in games my ping is between 40-60 and my connection is about 50Mbps down, 12Mbps up.

I've tried literally every fix from google, apart from re-installing windows which i'm not gonna do, just wondering if anyone else has a "fix" that may work.

What i've tried -

Disabled Xbox DVR

Set shader cache in radeon settings to "on", this was apparantly a fix that I found on reddit

Re-installing CS:GO

Changing the CSGO.exe file compatibility mode, and disabled/re-enabled full screen optimisations

Most up-to-date amd drivers.

Most up-to-date audio drivers(some random youtube video "fix")

Here's a little clip to show the stuttering, as you can see, i'll start shooting at someone who's in my crosshairs and then they jump out of them, or when im walking i'll randomly "rubber band" a step or two back.

Open net graph (net_graph 1) and check whether you have var or sv spikes. Also, are they any background processes running while in game?

var is between 0.1 and 4-5ms but doesn't jump around much, sv is jumping around quite fast between 4-8, went up to 11 highest.

re-installing windows

this may be the best way unfortunately

Does it only happen while playing with human? Try playing with bots and see whether the problem is still there. Looks like there's some kind of internet connection problem IMO (I just watched the video, no data here)

Didn't think to test it offline, offline with bots i get no stuttering... so something with my connection is going funky. I've already tried to renew my ip through cmd, and the lan drivers are up to date.

Does this happen at all resolutions?
