What is your budget? 

My Personal Computer

 

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz (OC 3.8) 6-Core Processor

Cpu cooler DEEPCOOL Gamer Storm CAPTAIN 240EX WHITE 
Motherboard: MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ARCTIC ATX AM4 Motherboard 
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz RAM 8x3

Storage: SAMSUNG 850 PRO 2.5" 256GB SATA III

It depends largely on budget. The 1200 is a decent chip at 3.9GHz, and it shouldn't hold you back so far in games that a GPU upgrade is out of the question. However, the GPU market is horrific right now.

Ouch. GPU-wise, that really won't get you anything worth upgrading to right now. I'd wait.

i know the prices are insane right now especially since i live in brazil where taxes are crazy (example a ps4 we pay 60% of taxes and 40% is the product

From a performance stand point, the R3 1200 is a good chip, I'd suggest you upgrade your GPU, but considering how inflated GPU prices are, I'd wait or buy a GPU used.
