a good pc that can play good games like doom 4 ? how much would the damage be ? can anyone enlighten me ? totally dont know much about the pc scene,

a pile of shit can run doom on lackluster settings. But if you want heavy hitting visuals and high speed frame rates, be prepared to spend upwards of $1000 for just the computer. peripherals are a whole 'nother ballgame.

Okay.. how much I'm looking at.. maybe 1000£ ? Just a good powerful system that I can play such games on.. I have a Xbox one.. but I want like a 4gb i7 with 8gb ram At least.

frequency is measured in Hertz. so if you want a 4.0GHz i7, you shouldn't need to look very far. as for ram, most will suggest 16GB (2x8GB) with 8GB (1x8GB or 2x4GB) being the bare minimum. still looking at over $1000 for a heavy hitter.

so basically.. i need an i7 with 4.0 hertz and 2 8 gb rams and the rest of the list i posted will be compatible with it ?
