So I just got my Rift a few hours ago and have had fun with the Oculus apps but now I want to try SteamVR but it's not recognizing that my Rift is on. I'm getting this error message

I've done all the Googling and whatnot. I've tried manually telling SteamVR to use my GTX 1070 through the Nvidia Controller 3D settings. I can't seem to find the program to run SteamVR as admin though. Any help would be great as there are tons of games on Steam that I'd like to get and some I already have that can use VR.
