Unable to expand volume on drive[dualboot]

[UsernamePassword]

So I am dualbooting and on my second boot the storage ran out so I cleared up another 10GB from my C: so I could extend  my dual boot with another 10GB, But the "Expand volume" is grayed, Regardless if I am booted in Dual boot 1 or dual boot .

 

I am only able to shrink the volume on my dual boot, Not expand, Why is that?

Window's partition manager is terrible. I reccomend minitool partion wizard
