DOOM not working

Guys. I just installed DOOM 4/2016, and the first time I tried it,it worked fine. Now the screen keeps flickering (I can still do things I just can't see anything). Could anyone please help me?

change API

if that dosen't work 

DDU and reinstall Graphics Driver

I completely reinstalled it,reinstalled my graphics driver,but it still won't work

Please help?

The screen is also stuck on 1768×992,eventhough it's 1920×1080 (I can't change it)
