PC for what exactly? What will you do with it?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

If it's not for gaming, an i3 8100/8GB DDR4 would do. You could always plop a GPU in later.

 

Add an SSD for good measure. Maybe see how the pricing on the Ryzen 5 2400G goes. Those extra 4 threads are nice, but the 2200G is still a very good purschace once it comes out.

I think as long as the 300 series mobo has a displayoutput i think its gonna be fine, due to it being the same socket.  Dont quote me on this though.
