Windows CE: Disable Suspend on Start Menu

So I have one of those Chinese no-name indash navigator which I just found out runs Windows CE 6.0. So I manage to get the windows desktop to show up, but out of curiosity I went and pressed the suspend button in the start menu. I thought I bricked the navigator as the screen went all messed up but turning off the car for a bit, everything went back to normal.

 

The OS is stripped to its bare minimum, only having access to the desktop and control panel. not even a text editor is installed. I do not have a clue on how to do so, I have never used Windows CE ever.

 

So the main question is, how can I disable or hide the suspend button in the start menu in Windows CE 6.0?

 

TLDR: Want to disable/hide suspend option in start menu of Windows CE 6.0 but have no experience in using the OS.
