So I am in the market for a nice heatsink and fan for my i7-3770k. I am not looking to OC, but I am looking for a very quiet system because right now the stock heatsink/fan is easily the loudest thing in my system. My budget is about 50USD and I have a 1155 socket mobo.

I would get the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo and use the remaining money to buy quiet fans.

I've also been looking up a new cooler and it seems to be that the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus keeps getting recommended by everyone, everywhere.

It's because the performance per dollar is amazing. One of the cheapest coolers yet performs up there with some of the more expensive ones.
