New GPU for design + gaming - Help

Ok so first off this GPU is going to be for my girlfriend she is currently using a GTX 560Ti 1GB, 16GB DDR3, i5, 120GB SSD, 500GB HDD.

Needless to say she needs an upgrade... rendering 3D images for her graphic design work its causing crashes and unwanted stutters etc.

I am in the process of building her a new PC which will have the following specs:

NZXT S340 Purple/White case

same hard drives + 4TB HDD

16GB DDR4 Trident Z ram

Ryzen 5 1600

Msi Gaming pro carbon b350 atx mobo

I had also just bought her a BenQ  27inch 1440p 60hz Ips display for Xmas so whatever gpu I go with needs to power that decently.  She does play games quite a bit usually Sims, Call of Duty and a few older titles but she would like to be able to try a few new ones out.  In terms of her work she uses In-design, Photoshop and a range of other Adobe programs.

I have my choices in terms of our budget and I am not looking for 1440p MAX settings. She would be fine playing at Low/Med on bigger titles and upgrading to the new Nvidia gpus could be an option later in the year... she really just needs something to get by with but still have a somewhat enjoyable experience.

GTX 1050Ti 4GB

GTX 1060 3GB

GTX 1060 6GB

RX 570 4GB or 8GB  -- My 1st choice ( Found one 8GB sealed on craigslist for 350-375 CAD )

RX 580 4GB or 8GB

PS: No single fan mini cards please unless someone can change my mind... haha

Those are pretty much what I have narrowed it down to but I was able to pickup a RX 580 8GB for myself for 350.00$ CAD about 3-4 Months ago and just looking at even 1060 3GB prices right now it seems they are very inflated is that true right now?  should I wait a few weeks and have her use the 560Ti for a while longer?  I just find it hard looking at 1060's @ $380.00+ ...

Any help or suggestions much appreciated!

Thanks for your time.

Cheers

I wouldn't like to spend more than $400.00.    IMO  that should be enough for one of the above cards as in the last few months I have seen 580's and 1060 6gb's for much cheaper then they are right now.  Also like stated above this is kind of acting as a place holder card until next year when my girlfriend and I will potentially upgrade to ryzen 2 7nm cpus & newer gpus.

thanks for the help.

cheers
