Over locking i5 3570k

I got my i5 3570k to 4.3 at stock voltage (1.056) and I’m stress testing it on aida 64 but I’m not going to be home for about 12 hours is it a bad idea to have it run the stress test while I’m gone or wait till I get home and run it before I go to bed

If you have the time to leave it running then do it.

But a stress test might not reveal every single instability that can still be present. I believe Linus mentioned this in a recent WAN Show.

They started using blender benchmarks because they let the CPU usage jump around, which is usually when a CPU is the least stable.
