Computer in new case won't startup

I installed my computer and all of its contents into a new case, everything plugged in, everything installed. But when I turn it on all that happens is the CPU fan turns on and the case fans but nothing else. The gpu fan won't turn on and nothing displays on the monitor.

 

Everything worked an hour ago in the original case.

I5 4460 | Sapphire R7 265 | 8gb DDR3

Tried starting up with gpu not plugged in and HDMI connected to mobo with no success. Made sure mobo, cpu, sata, and gpu cables are plugged in
