So, I just put together this system last Friday (Dec 29th) with a work Christmas bonus. Very pleased with it thus far.

NOTE: The GPU was actually bought around Jan-Feb of 2017, so no reason to refresh it yet.

 

CPU: Core i7-8700K

Cooler: Deepcool Captain 240EX RGB (Stock fans)

Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Ultra Gaming

RAM: 2x 8GB Trident Z RGB 3200Mhz CL16

GPU: eVGA GTX 1070 FTW ACX 2.0

Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 500GB m.2

Case: Corsair Carbide Air 540

 

Handles everything I toss at it so far.
