Java OCP needs OCA for certification?

Hi!

I know there are some Java Developers here, so I'm asking those :)

Do you need to the Java SE 8 Programmer I (OCA) certification for Java SE 8 Programmer II (OCP)?

I find the sources and blogs that I google vage and some say yes others say no but I know noone that skipped the OCA to get OCP.

CPU: i7 7700HQ RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2400Mhz GPU: GTX1060 Max-q HDD: 1TB 5400 RPM  SSD: NVMe 512GB SCREEN: 4k IPS 15.6"

Macbook pro 2018

CPU: i7 RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2400Mhz GPU: Radeon Pro 555X 4GB Storage: 256GB SCREEN: 15"
