How to get rid of windows 10 voices

Just built a pc, downloaded windows 10, amd drivers and a few games. Put my headset on and i hear voices in the background. I hear my game audio and a spanish womens voice. I dont think i have a virus as I only just downloaded windows, steam and amd software and stuff. Is there some setting i can change so i only hear my game audio???
