I have heard that Dxtory is very good when it comes to screen capping and recording PC games if that's what you intent to use screen capping for.

A friend of mine uses Dxtory, and he says he gets very frequent frame drops from 120fps all the way to 40 for like 10 seconds.

Ruins alot of our BF4 chopper gameplay xD

MSI Afterburner.

I've personally had troubles with MSI afterburner recently.

My GTX 560 (non ti) is overclocked currently, when I tried to turn the clock speeds down to normal, it just wouldn't let me. The games performed MUCH worse (Talking from 100 in BF4 to about 50)

It started stuttering, and it just ''teared the graphics'' in a sense, Not sure how to explain it, if you've seen it, you know what I mean.

Then again - I did play on LOWEST POSSIBLE settings, so maybe that has something to do with it ?
