First choice.

Heard that games have advantage from 7200 rpm i was going for the black to store steam games. Also i have a choice to take gold 1tb but the TDLR thingy is risky. Also is a 5400rpm good for games. Lemme remind you the blue i take about here is 5400 not the 7200

if budget allows

try to get a 250 to 500 GB SSD  for the important games

for longer term storage,

you can go for the WD Blue or the Seagate 2TB HDD

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

1)two 2tb wd blue 5400rpm

2)1tb black 7200rpm amd 2tb blue 5400rpm

3) two 1tb black 7200rpm

I'd take option 4) an ssd for OS and some games and a 2TB 7200RPM drive

I'd take the 7200RPM ones over 5400RPM.

Okk so the 1tb 7200 for games and is the 5400 okk for bulk storage. Also i see that the 7200 has just a 3mbps advantage over the 5400. So whats the bi advantage if its just 3 mbps?

It actually depends on what you want but 3mbps is 0.375MB/s in reading and writing so moving and copying files on the 7200RPM drive will be a little faster.

On the other hand the 5400s will draw less power and gve less heat off.

Your load times in games probs are marginally better on a 7200rpm HDD.

Depends on the price difference if it's almost the same i'd always go for 7200 (unless it's a laptop) if the price difference is alot then go for the 5400 and buy more games xD

Nah not a lot 25 dollars here. I was going for gold then learnt it has tdlr etc which can cause shit when used in non raid emvironment. So i guess then i am going for 1tb 7200 black for steam  amd 2tb 5400 blue for mass storage
