here is my pc build i havent bought it yet, if you have any referrals I would gladly appreciate them

Should be a good starting point with plenty of future upgradeability. Those WD Blues are pretty darn slow, though. Equivalent Seagate drives are often a bit faster and you can get 2TB for like $10 more.

Looks good, try to find higher speed memory, better mobo for OC (refer here, credit to @dave_k) and a smaller wattage CX-M PSU. Maybe you can go for a cheaper case (depends on you, FYI there are many good yet cheap China branded cases in SEA) and add a SSD if you got budget left.
