Since I like making builds that I will probably never be able to make, I made a Micro-ATX build on PCPartPicker.  Any opinions on it?

sure but by that time he saves it could be completely irrelevant as something newer./better for the price might be available. I am fine to still give input, but personally I hate window shopping. I don't like to think about stuff I can't buy

But I would say that you should replace the 750 with a 750Ti. I would probably go with a bigger power supply to at least 600w. If nothing else, it would give you growing room in the future and you wouldn't be pushing your PSU less, which could help to extend the life of it.

I've got $250 to finish my PC upgrade so hopefully that works out; Micro Center Ryzen 5 1400s got sold out

I just don't want the GPU to be choked by the PSU and the Founder's Edition card won't be fast enough hypothetically thinking.

Ah... I thought you meant the PSU would bottleneck the GPU. Didn't think about it in a airflow way.

I wouldn't buy a 1400, no point. At that price range intel would make more sense, unless your already on Ryzen in which case just get the 1600, much more worth it.

Just out of curiosity, would you consider a different CPU?  $100 more will get you the i7-7700K which I think is probably a better "bang for the buck".
