I'm building my first PC and it's gonna be hardlined cooled (please don't waste my time trying to explain to me how I shouldn't custom loop for my first PC) so I really wanted sleeved cables. I already made a color combo and got everything ready from ensourced but I want to know what cables I need to get and what length. I will have an i7 8700k custom loop cooled, evga 1080 ti ftw 3 custom loop cooled, 4 ram sticks, 1 1tb samsung pro m.2, asus maximus x hero mobo, a 4tb seagate baraccuda pro, and most importantly an EVGA SuperNOVA T2 750W. Can you guys please go to the guy's site and tell me what to pick (evga type ?, which cables, etc.) and I will add my own color stuff and whatnot. All help is appreciated :)

Well cables are easier to say once you have the motherboard and GPU in the case, then you can run a string from the PSU port to the place its going to go and add a couple cm

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

Well I'd only get the ones that you can see, which will probably be the 24 pin, the EPS for the motherboard and then the PCIe connectors for the GPU. They will also need to be EVGAs style Ln the PSU side which I'm not sure what it's called

My first build was a custom WC Ioop, Just make sure you have proper tools for bending. I personally would suggest buying AlphaCool hand bending tool, which will make bending allot easier.

Assume you want him to build the cables for you?

------

You Need the following:

EPS (CPU) - you need 8 Pin Version, I believe your board only needs one.

ATX (Mainboard)

GPU (8-Pin) - You will need two of these both need to be 8-pin for FTW GPU.

Perf (Sata or Molex) Cables, He only makes Single & dual Sata & Molex cables.

Lastly I would just make sure you want paracord over PET Sleeving.

Also I would check out Mod-One.com They make custom PSU cables with both Paracord & PET (MDPC-X, Best Sleeving around). They are also very easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Ensource sometimes takes awhile before they reply to any messages. Most of my supplies come from Mod-One.com when I create my own custom cables.

Paracord (I don't work with much paracord since it's a pain, and personally PET just looks better, no risky of it shedding). Plus you need a threader to get wire/terminals through the sleeving. It's just annoying to work with.

PET

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon
