I'm currently looking to upgrade my pc with a budget of £2500 - £3000 GBP max.

I would need everything as my current system will be going to my little brother.

I would ideally like the machine to be best for Cinima4D & Octane Render while still being able to run CSGO, Fortnite, H1Z1 & PUBG with comfortable FPS.

I have no preference in terms of Intel or AMD but id like to stick to Nvidia GPU's.

Current Specs -

CPU - AMD FX 8350 Eight-Core Processor
RAM - DDR3 16 GBytes
Motherboard - GA-78LMT-USB3
OS Drive - 120GB Kingston SSD
Storage Drive - Toshiba 1TB HDD
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 EVGA

Found it surprisingly hard to fill your budget, I didn't even reach the minimum:

Grab a copy of Windows off kinguin and you're good to go. I wasn't sure if you needed peripherals or not, so I left those out but you could certainly throw in a good monitor and a keyboard and mouse combo such as the CM Storm Devastator and still be within the max budget.

The psu has sufficient capacity to handle a second gpu if faster Octane renders are desired.

X299 supports quad channel memory operation. 4x8GBV kit would be optimal. As would faster memory. The memory controller supports DDR4-2666 at stock. Intel certified XMP profiles allow for even faster memory.
