Hey all,

Recently, I decided to put a build together inspired by LTT's Ultimate RGB Build, and it looks great! However, there is one holdup. I voided the warranty of the power supply, and tried to figure out how to replace the stock PS fan with the final corsair RGB fan. I would have been able to drill new pin holes into the power supply, but I couldn't figure out how to re-wire the fan leads. I'm assuming he didn't display this part on his video for safety/liability reasons, so I was wondering if anyone here knew how to do that. Pictures/Video(s) would be a great help.

I used the EVGA 750 G2 for a power supply.

Before you go any further note the usual safety warning, if you plan open a PSU you must make sure to unplug the system and leave it unplugged for at least an hour before attempting to open it. When open take note of the contacts of the large capacitors and do not short or touch any of them when open, or you risk potentially a fatal electrical shock.

For the fan if you want to replace it most PSU's use 2 pin fans so you will need to get an adapter such as this which is commonly used or to cut and solder the fan cable to hook it up to the PSU.
