Can i fit Deep cool Gamer Storm Assassin II CPU Cooler in Crystal Series 460X or  or should i go with thermaltake core v51 power cover edition which is a better choice

The max height for a CPU cooler in that case is 170mm.  The Gamer Storm Assassin II is 150mm tall so you should be good.  :)
