NZXT Grid+ not working right

Not sure if this belongs in the air cooling or water cooling forum, but here goes. I bought this unit today and installed it, and now the CAM software is only letting me control one fan header from inside the app (header 2). I am trying to use this unit to control three different PWM fan hubs, one for each water loop (cpu/gpu) and the exhaust fans. However as previously mentioned, not having much luck with it. They're just stuck at about 50 percent speed.

 

I would have loved to continue using speedfan like I was on my z97 asus platform, but my gigabyte z370 board isn't compatible. Hell, I'm even open to returning this thing and buying something else. Anyone have any solutions?

AFAIK Grid+ only supports 3pins. I don't remember more specifics atm.

What hubs are you trying to control and how have you connected them to the Grid+?

Using phanteks hubs. Ended up being because two of my hubs weren't utilizing the first fan port. Once I changed that, I got full control. Odd, but I'll take it
