Massive Cache Problem with Google Chrome.

Okay, so I am having a massive issue with Google Chrome and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I do not know how to fix it. Please help me!

 

Here is what happens on usps.com sign in page:

Yeah, I don't have the problem, but that's not the point, I don't want to use Edge for every site I visit.

To clear data and cache 

 

Go menu -- top right corner

Go More tools

Go Clear browsing data

You can do, only clear -- cache image and data

I think it just fixed itself with a chrome update, not sure what happen
