try unplugging the power switch on your case and "short it out"/turn it on manually with a screw driver or something and see if it does the same, might be your power switch, other than that i guess the psu should be something you want to have a look at if the pc won't even boot up.

so what's the current status? not even the fans spin after you cleared cmos? by "shorting out" i basicly meant turning the pc on without a power button, incase it's faulty, you know the two pins you connect the power button to? just make a bridge connecting the 2 pins with a screw driver or something along those lines, should turn the system on, seeing as you have cleared cmos i am assuming you are already aware of this, most likely your issue goes beyond that.

ok so none of my fans are spinning but leds on my GPU are lighting up as green -_- so power is going into the PSU

is it my motherboard then?

Check if your 24pin and 8pin connectors are are plugged in all the way.

You could also take out the PSU, 'Paper-clip' it and check for voltages with multimeter.

You need to find the source of the problem. Take out your PSU and bridge the GREEN wire with any BLACK wire, on the 24 pin. Then plug the PSU into the wall and flip the switch. If the fan doesn't spin, then your PSU is the issue.

Check that the 24-pin connector is in properly, maybe wiggle it around a bit. If you can, maybe get a 24-pin extender cable and plug into the PSU and Motherboard just to check if it's not the 24-pin cable itself that is the problem

OK this might be a dumb question but did you remove the jumper after you cleared CMOS?

You gotta take it step by step, first check the PSU and then move on to motherboard, CPU, etc...

About the beeping, your MOBO doesn't come with an onboard speaker so it can't beep.

yea maybe.

is it possible to shirt the motherboard if the screws are too tight? if thats possible then it mightve been that

No. You can crack PCB by using really extensive force but those screw holes have few mm safe zone around then to prevent short circuiting.
