Good Build for 1k CAD?

I was planning to build a computer for ~$1000 CAD. I will mostly be playing competitive games like CSGO and Overwatch and maybe sometimes so more demanding games like Doom.

Parts:

Ryzen 1500X

MSI GTX 1050TI 4GB

Gigabyte GA-AB350

Hyper X Fury Black 16GB DDR4 2400

Crucial BX300 120 SSD

WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD

EVGA 500W 80+ Snow

Corsair Spec-04

Any changes or suggestions would be appreciated! :)

Are you doing anything besides gaming? In any event it looks like you should be able to fit an RX 580 into that budget

You'd want an r3 1200 over the i3 8100 with canada's pricing and the motherboard savings

Also why a more expensive 1060 vs an RX 580?

No, I wouldn't. It performs significantly worse when it comes to gaming. The i3 8100 even bests the R5 1400.

More VRAM, and it's not that much more.

Then there's an 8gb 580 looks like for around the cost of that 1060
" Asus - Radeon RX 580 8GB DUAL Video Card  ($373.99 @ PC Canada)  "

Going by the tech deals review it's not too big of a gap in most places and ryzen is $50 less, *with the OC to 3.7ghz
