You can't just call them save by asking here. You have to test for stability with benchmarks like Unigine Heaven (I usually make 3 rounds of that w/o the benchmark).

If it doesn't crash, overheat or show graphical errors then it's fine.

Edit: in order for the OC to stay you have to apply it and save it in a profile.

Edit2: but just based on your dialed in values you can probably keep the core like that and give the memory at least another 200mhz. Memory usually OC's like crazy.

Sorry dude i forgot to tell. I tested with Unigine Heaven and i didn't have any crash. I also played Rise of the Tomb Raider for 1 hour (High Settings) and i didn't have any crash or something.

The problem is that after i restart my PC the values are getting back to stock and i have to overclock again with MSI Afterburner using the same values

if it dosent artifact or crash its good, run something like Ungine Heaven to check for artifacts, tends to show them well in my experience

those are some pretty weak sause numbers though, unlock the voltage and go ham id say, i can get my 1050TI much further unless that already has quite a hefty factory OC

it resets becuse you dont have the "apply OC on startup" option checked

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Need to have the program save the overclock and apply it on windows startup. If it seems stable so far then you are good.
