Is this second hand PC worth £750

Relatively new to PC building, saw this advertised online and am wondering if £750 is a reasonable price for this.?

Case: Corsair 750D full tower

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k 3.5Ghz

Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VII Hero

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance Red 1866MHz (8x2)

Watercooling: Corsair H100i

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB (reference model)

PSU: Corsair RM850w

HDD: Western Digital Purple 1TB

OS: Windows 10 Home Premium
