1070 Dual???

On Amazon you can find a 1070 dual for around $600, and I was wondering if there was any performance increase from this and an ordinary 1070. Thanks for any replies?!

Asus Dual or Palit Dual? I've have experiences with Asus Dual and it's cooler is pretty crappy but it's better than the reference cooler and it was only 365€. I've heard that Palit Dual isn't very good either.
